Gloria Obregón is a Mexican voice actress who provides voices in the Latin American Spanish dub of Max & Ruby.[1]
She's known for voicing Rosa Casagrande in "The Loud House" and "The Casagrandes", the 2nd voice of Miss Bellum in "The Powerpuff Girls", Flo in "Splash and Bubbles", Toby Turtle in "Robin Hood", the 2nd voice of Ceviche in "Chowder", Betty Deville in the 2021 reboot of "Rugrats", "Dumbo" (her first dubbing role), etc.
